We take over warranty repairs and annual maintenance, ensuring that your customers get the best possible aftercare, by offering services such as annual boiler and cylinder servicing, gas and safety checks, and electrical period testing, along with any other plumbing, heating or electrical requirements they may have.
Our on-site satellite offices allow our contract supervising managers to oversea all installations on behalf of the developer

Recent engagements have included:
A two-phase development with a total of 320 plots, with the provision of electrical, heating and plumbing, and rainwater installations, along with EV chargers, which are now a legal requirement at every new build home.

The installation of PipeSnugs into each new home on a development of 600+ sustainably-built houses in Norfolk.

The fitting of 97 units with plumbing and heating on behalf of Redrow Homes.
We now use Daly (Group) Ltd on a regular basis for everything relating to our properties. Our tenants always comment on how pleasant and efficient the staff are when attending the properties, all of the work we have commissioned has been completed on time and cost effectively.
