IMPROVING BOILER INSTALLATIONS WITH
PipeSnug and FlueSnug

The Daly Group, a leading electrical, plumbing, and heating contractor based in Norfolk, implemented PipeSnug and FlueSnug to significantly improve efficiency, safety, and compliance in their boiler installations at the prestigious Cringleford Heights development for Barratt and David Wilson Homes.


Faced with time-consuming tasks like sealing boiler flue holes and ensuring airtightness, Daly Group adopted FlueSnug to streamline installation, reduce rework, and meet the stringent NHBC 10-Year Warranty standards. The time-saving solution replaces traditional mortar and silicone, providing a professional, airtight finish in seconds. By using FlueSnug, Daly Group saved approximately £12,000 across the project, cutting around 20 minutes of installation time per boiler.
