Our Senior Contracts Support Supervisor and Apprentice Co-Ordinator, Sara-Jayne, is fully trained to provide vital support to any team member experiencing poor mental health at work. She’s part of our commitment to creating a workplace where people feel safe, heard, and supported.
Mental health remains one of the biggest challenges facing the construction industry. In the UK, two construction workers tragically die by suicide every working day, and one in six working adults show symptoms of poor mental health, costing UK employers an estimated £54 billion annually.
